our events follow the UFC Schedule, whenever there is a UFC main event, we host a rough Tumble play Day from 2 pm- 4 pm.

challenge & chill 

hang out and watch some rounds or choose to play as much as you want. you can challenge and chill at your own pace.

All challenges have beginner friendly versions so there is no experience necessary

How to play

at any point during the event, you can write your initials next to a challenge you want to participate in. whoever else puts their initials next to yours, you get to play with them. once there is room on the mat, you can play

  1. Give your partner a fist bump, Introduce yourself

  2. tell them your level of experience. Use a scale of 1-5.

  3. Decide on an intensity: light or moderate. If this is your first time playing with the person, always go light. YOu can go moderate in your second round together if you choose to play again.

  4. Choose a time: 1 min, 2 min, 3 min

  5. Be sure a ref is watching and have some fun

Safety First

We only allow light and moderate play, no high intensity or full contact. This event is for people who enjoy rough tumble play but also want to prioritize health.

Safety gear is provided and mandatory. Be sure to put your ego to the side. Bring your own groin cup and mouth piece. If you do not have one, we sell them.

  • Pin your opponent for 10 seconds (both shoulder blades down)

  • Pins and submissions

  • Weapon Wrestling

Weapon Sparring

  • Foam Weapon Sparring (1 vs. 1)

  • Gladiator Battles (teams)

  • Strike till Submission (foam Weapons)

  • Foam Weapon vs. Striking
